Installation date
Can we please discuss the installation date which is currently on the 24th of March I will not be available until after midday on that date. Is this okay?

@Val40 you are not talking yo Sky by posting in this forum. If the installation requires an engineer to come out then you will have to delay the date as Openreach who manage most installations cannot normally give you more than an all day slot. However if the activation is due to becdone remotely you dont have to be there.

@Val40 No one here can acces you account or discuss you installation date, any appointment will already be set and a timeslot cannot be specified, therefore of the appt isnt convenient you either need to change it or ensure an adult is at the property, a missed appointment carries a fee of £25
