Info for technician

I was asked to get 2 pieces of information from a sky employee, the ookla speed test and something else a slit signal ? Can anyone send on info how to find the split signal ?

@TommyGw Linked below to your request, if you have the sky Max white hub then you CANNOT split the bands!

@TommyGw you sre not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. You can run an internet spedd test yourself on any device that supports Ookla's speedtest app or using a browser and go to speedtest.net.

 

Splitting wifi bands is again down to you and is only possible if you have a black Sky hub see Split Sky WiFi bands

You cannot split the bands on the white hubs instead you temporarily turn off the 5GHz band using the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app, attach the problem devices and turn the 5GHz band back on.

I just don't know the term he used, it could be split bands or the band I'm using. I'm just looking for what there actually looking for so I get it right.
