No broadband or wifi

We have no broadband and can't connect to any internet , I've switched the box's off by the wall but nothing , so we can't connect any phones or iPads to internet and the 2 box's upstairs don't connect either and we can't only watch normal sky downstairs and no apps or demand , and when I go on the app to do a service check it says it's fine

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
