Incorrect password

Just had sky max hub delivered, it's up and running normally. However, I have just purchased an echo dot max (Alexa) and on set up the Wi-Fi name is recognised but whatever I try it keeps saying incorrect password and won't connect, the echo worked fine with my previous sky router, thank you in anticipation

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.
