Incorrect password showing when adding a device to wifi

We have had an issue over Christmas where we cannot get any new devices connected to our WiFi,it just keeps saying 'incorrect password '. We have never changed it and this has just started since we renewed our contract and went passed the cooling off period! We had a games board which needed linked to the internet to play,which we couldn't get working on Christmas day for the kids!
