Incomplete Fibre Insulation

Hello! Yesterday, an open reach engineer turned up and installed the boxes inside and outside the house BUT he couldn't complete the installation of the cable from the pole because a scaffolding was in the way... The result now is that not even the Sky Customer center can schedule a follow up visit because the engineer has not closed my case (Line Activation still 'in progress'). What do I do now? Thanks

Usually Openreach would pencil in another visit date on their calendar and just turn up. Have you tried contacting Sky again and asking for an update?
