any update from any customers?
i tried contacting the support on whatsapp, live chat here and even on phone support.
everytime i contact i had to explain my problem...and i was told to do usual reset reboot disconnect ONT and modem steps
but still no luck.
i have been turning off for the whole night - no luck
i get new ip but in same range
my neighbour had similar problem but got resolved.
my ip - 51.182.x.x is the problem
neighbours got fixed with 51.186.x.x

i spoke with them,, they told me that in 24-48 hours will be fixed.. but now more than 48hours and i continue to have UK IP..
sky getting the money from the bank work very more efficient than resolve the problems that they create

today i cancelled my contract due sky cant delivery the service i pay. they agreed. i been confirmed they cant resolve the issue.. so bye bye sky..

Hi , I also have the Now TV and RTE player issue as of last Wednesday. Still no resolution. Is there someone from Sky who can help?
