IP not recognised as in UK

I am trying to login to my national lottery account and they state I am not recognised as being in UK and to contact my ISP

Do you use private relay on an iPad or iPhone if so try disabling it.

@nanny+Del  Your duplicate post on the Sky Mobile board has been removed, creating multiple posts is unhelpful and will just cause duplication of replies.

 

Have you tried unplugging your Hub for at least 1 hour to see if it picks up a new IP?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
