poor broadband

My broadband speed has been very poor of late ( hot weather an issue?) I have Radio 6 on my PC and keeps dropping out for 10/15 secs every hour or so and website pages will not load, have gone through all your checks you asked me to do ( unplugging everything and reconnecting etc) but it still comes back saying broadband connection/speed is poor and this hasd been going on for weeks now

Heat can potentially affect copper circuits (ADSL/FTTC/G.fast)

Optical infrastructure is much more resilient.
