I went to Belgium a month ago and it still thinks im out of the country. Some apps or websites think im not in the Uk and wont allow me to logon. I have tried to reset my network sertings but it dodnt seem to do anything. It says contact my ISP to resolve the issue.

As your home broadband didn't travel with you, the ISP isn't relevant.

I would check the location services settings on the iphone which are quite complcated see here
