BT install Broadband cowboy job

Hi All,

I had my sky broadband fitted today by BT engineer and I'm not impressed.

First of all I was not even asked where I would like to place my router.

Would of liked my router next to my sky stream so I can hard wire which is placed in back room.

Engineer took upon themselves to install in the front room.

Engineer excuse was they have to fit BT master socket to the closest electrical outlet.

Second my virgin media cables where cut so BT could fit there staff in without asking me.

I drilled a sprate  hole for BT to run there own cable and I managed to fix Virgin Media cable as I have coax compression fittings and tool luckily.

I have then had to by a 10 meter adsl cable so I can connect to the BT master socket and move router to back room  I'm not happy at all very poor service.

I should not have to finish up there job.

Half hour later are saw the two engineers parked up doing nothing.

I have had installs in the past any good engineer would ask where would you like your entry point into house and where would you like to place router.

Theses clowns 🤡 did not.
