I live in Northern Ireland. I an unable to watch RTE player. I contacted them to find out the issue. They got back and said that the only reason that i cannot access their services is that if my IP address would show me not living on the island of Ireland (which i do). They advised me to contact yourselves to fix my IP address geolocation to show that i am present in Ireland.

@Bob546 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. You can check your current IP address and its location here https://whatismyipaddress.com.Different services can use different ways of locating by IP,address but it is a useful guide

You can normaly change your public IP address by using the disconnectvfunction in the hub's interface or bybpowering down for 30 minutes but there is no guarantee thst your new IP,address will work with RTE's geofencing unfortunately. You could always use a VPN servicexwith an Irish point of presence.
