Sky Hub Internet keeps dropping. Light flashes and goes orange then green agaih.

The internet keeps dropping. around 15 times this morning. the green light goes and it starts flashing orange, then goes green. 

 

We have run the tests. It says theres a problem with it, then runs the test and says everything is ok. Need help asap as working from home this week.
