Find out more@marsh12 if your broadband is losing connection as frequently as that(ie internet light on the hub goes amber) you have a fault which needs to be reported. Quickest way is to run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection but is best run on the Sky connection if that is connected. The test will tell you if there is a known issue. It also will offer to book an engineer to check the line if it finds a fault. If it doesnt give Sky a call their lines open from 7am and report the issue.
