A hundred times I go through the sign up for TV and Broadband and just keep getting "

Sorry, we're having technical difficulties"

@RobWeth of course there is a phone number at the bottom of the page therecis a contact us link which will give up a number if you click through a few screens. The forum software prevents us posting phone numbers if searching online all Skype numbers start 03 and all lead to the same IVR system.

I had an issue and had a similar problem finding a customer support phone number.

After much searching I came across phone number "0333 759 3266" but even then I had to navigate loads of options designed to fob you off to online support. I gave pretty random answers and finally got through to a real person. Not sure if they can help with sales but they did resolve my technical issue for me at the first attempt.

It's almost like they don't want customers what with the useless and incredibly frustrating virtual assistant & the phone I'vr system
