I want to change my sky broadbad package

Hi,

We just made the package we are using now, it is on the phone with customer service. It will be 1 month or so. However, the prices are high in the option to upgrade the package. We want to switch to the 500 mphs package at a discounted price.

Can you help me please?

@Sidar1 No there is nothing that the Forum can do for you at all, you would be best to call sky Sales direct and discuss with them what you want and how to increase speed and if any extra price is included with doing so! Call 150 from your landline and speak to sales!

Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
