Top tip is not to cancel Virgin until Sky broadband is in place and working (or get Sky in before the Virgin contract ends). Reactivating a connection to Openreach infrastructure in a property historically served by Virgin coaxial cable is not necessarily straightforward, and we've seen multiple posts from users who have been caught out by this.
