I’ve just joined and broadband I had the text saying activated

I've tried all cables and still not got internet. Only power and WiFi lights green. It's broadband only so I haven't plugged a phone in!? 
When I trouble shoot a message "there is no address associated with the account". 

help please

@IvanCleanhome  When was the broadband service meant to go live? If today it can take up to midnight for it to go live.

You might want to double check that the line has actually been activated. Ours was supposed to go live on Friday before midnight and received the various texts 'confirming this'. It didn't go live and am now being given a new data of 5th Jan 😞

How do you double check as there is no human to talk to? All sky do is point you to this forum. Does sky have a helpline telephone number??

@IvanCleanhome I have escalated your  post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

@IvanCleanhomeIs there any further information in track orders in my account? This might give you an indication if there was any trouble with the activation.
