I should be getting 600 mbps guaranteed but it is only giving 80-90 mbps

No, a PC but for some reason even with Ethernet it isn't popping up with the proper speeds and is only giving 80-90

@JamesXCaliber Have you tried powering down the router and the ONT from openreach? leaving off for 30 mins to see if the issue clears. Could also be a cable issue PC or Router, check all 8 pins have wires connected.

I'll do that now I mean if it doesn't resolve it then I may just have to contact SKY themselves about the issue

Finally please post a screenshot from your PCs ethernet status page showing the negotiated line speed.

Those are not quite the router stats, please follow the instructions to the end

The speeds are quite odd, you are almost exactly at the speeds where the issue is almost alwsys down to being on 'Fast' ethernet (10/100mbps). But your PC is reporting 1000mbps. Your not running any sort of VPN or passthrough network interface are you?

What are the speeds like if you select other servers on speedtest.net?

it doesn't let me get onto that site at all as I have tried each instruction and it doesn't work.
