@JamesXCaliber

Yes that is what I meant.

I see you have 9 collision packets on the LAN side. Although this isnt an issue in itself, its a suggestion that there could be an underlying problem stopping you getting the correct speed.

Other than your PC is there anything else connected via ethernet? If so what is it?

Is your PC connected directly via ethernet or via something like a switch, booster, powerline etc?

So I did use it for PlayStation/Xbox via Ethernet but it was fine when that happened but now it's all of a sudden stopped working properly and has decided to slow down the speed tremendously

@JamesXCaliber

This is quite an odd one.

At this point I would suspect its either a router issue or local capacity issue. Might be worth getting in touch with Sky and see if they send you another router as a troubleshooting step

Thankyou, I was thinking that also but I'm also unsure what they'd say to me and I'm anxious sometimes.

@JamesXCaliber

I can escalate your post on the forum so you can chat with an advisor if you'd prefer that?

I would just tell them everything you've done so far on the forum, e.g. Ethernet speed tests on a quiet network with no speed improvement and see what they say.

@JamesXCaliber Have you checked the ethernet cable, or tried another as requested in earlier post.

Yeah, I tried two different ethernet cables and it didn't change anything.
