Can’t connect to WiFi

Hi.  My router is working and all my devices are connected to the internet.  But my sky box won't connect to the internet.  I've turned it all off. Rebooted everything and no joy.

Same issue 

All other devices connected to router and speed is fast when I checked just not connecting to q box.
