I'm having broadband upgraded, but my hub is damaged & I need a new one

@PaulDavies04 you sre not talking to Sky but if you phone them they will send you a new hub. However there msybe a bill if the unit was damaged as opposed tobfailed.

If you didn't contact sky technical team to report the issue and have them replace the hub first then you will need to wait until the new service is active to order one of your current hub is compatible with the full fibre product you ordered
