I currently have Sky Broadband and online I upgraded to Full Fibre. It gave me options for Engineer visit which I chose the 11th Jan however the message then came through arranging for 15th Jan AM which I cannot do. It wont allow me to reschedule on the Order tracker and says to contact Sky which I have done this morning but then told they would have to cancel the order and I would have to start again. They ten said they would see if they can rebook but after waiting >30mins, did not return to the call. How do I change the Engineer time or date?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MacOne1 it sounds like an Openreach appointment which is why the date changed. In practice I think what you are told is correct and you will need to cancel and re-order as Openreach engineers will be very busy catching up on faults that were reported over the holiday.

I'm this week in holiday till Saturday and my order coming on Thursday but I'm not at hom.
I going to change my order date to the next week on Tuesday 20/02/2024.

Find out more@Asiye if it is the delivery of a hub dont worry to much as the postman will leave a card and you have a week to pick up the parcel from your local sorting office. If its an appointment either call Sky today or use the Track My Order option as if you dont you could end up with a £25 charge see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-engineer-visits
