I need to cancel my broadband

Hi

The engineer visited home and he was unable to install the cables. So I would like to cancel sky broadband service due to my urgency. The engineer told me there is some difficult process to installing the cables. Please let me know how can I hand over the wifi router and other pieces of equipment to you.

If your Sky broadband has never been up and running I think you'll have to call Sky to cancel and at the same point they'll arrange to send packaging to return your loaned equipment 
so ensure you get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely.

It is openreach who install the cables so unless Virgin etc is in  your area then any other openreach isp will have the same issue
