I posted this previously but was on holiday when Sky Support tried to PM me, I'm an FTTP customer and I've been having router reboot issues, it was agreed eventually that Sky would replace my sky router but I've now been sent a Sky Q Hub (ER115) rather than an SR203 3 times!
I'm fed up of phoning and having to go through the lengthy and irrelevent (for FTTP) checks. I've now also received a letter saying they can't fix my problem and I can leave before the end of my contract which I'm tempted to do tbh but surely it's worth swapping the router first.
I'd be grateful if someone could bump this to Sky support for a private chat.

Unfortunately, the chances of a superuser bumping the thread are unlikely but I agree one should try a different router and it should go to PM with Sky...

@Lisa-P1987 Unfortunately the problem remains we had two drop outs today and it seemed to take longer to reboot.
