I'm having problems with my connection

WiFi is not working and a very poor connection, I need this fixed asap as it's affecting my business

@Tom313 Pleaae be aware this is not live chat and replies will not be instant, you are also not contacting Sky customer service here, the forum is primarily a customer to customer support platform.

 

If your connection is down then you need to run this test(it can be run via a mobile connection) https://www.sky.com/pages/sky-com/test-your-broadband if it finds a fault it should offer the option to book an engineer, if it doesn't then you need to call Sky to log the fault, the target time for fixing any issues is 2 working days starting the day after its reported and it makes zero difference that its affecting your business as your using a domestic only product(unless you are a Sky business subscriber).
