Open reach came to install, they realised they will need to come back to do the groundwork . My garden is communal so I told him I'd need permission before I could proceed . I'm waiting on that , but how do you get in touch with them to confirm a date . Also sky had already confirmed a date for the engineer to come to do the tv side even though the fibre hasn't been installed yet . How do I cancel that ? . Help!
