I have put all my devices on sleep mode

I have a sky puck box and i have the sky app on my phone and it allows me to see what devices are on my WiFi and also it allows me to choose which devices I want to put into sleep mode and how long I want the device or devices in sleep mode for which is what I have done I have put all devices that are connected to the WiFi into sleep mode and now none of the devices can connect to the WiFi/ internet and I don't remember how to take it off sleep mode? 
I have followed the steps to what I did to put them in sleep mode to turn all the devices off sleep mode and it shows that they are connected to the WiFi/internet but when I try to go on the WiFi with some devices it says the device have been paused and I don't have a clue what to do
