Find out more@jacquelinelinds using a mobile connection run the connection test in the My Sky app as that can tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affdcting your line. Note the test intially shows the result of the last routine test if thst says everything is fine click to run it again,
If Sky are not aware of a fault call them and report it the lines should be opening now.
