I have no internet connection or wifu and there's only 2 green lights on router and one orange on internet

First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

I have same issue since about 13.30 been working from home then went down.have done all the resets then on sky pages done the test it all comes back that it's all good and connected but it isn't as internet light is orange and sky box says no internet.

Mine has dropped 3 times in the space of 10 minutes, cannot work from home like this!
