Recently, my sky broadband hub randomly stopped giving me internet and the internet light has turned off. I've tried rebooting the hub, disconnecting the cables for hours and plugging them back in after. When i check the sky settings on google chrome, it shows "DSL down" and "Broadband disconnected". What can I do to fix this?

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
