My work laptop has worked fine on my SKY broadband for the last two years that uses my work F5 VPN service. On Friday 16 Dec 2022 my VPN stopped connecting but I get internet but since the work VPN is not connecting I can't access my work sites. I tried resetting the router no luck. I can tether/hotspot my laptop to my work and personal mobiles and my VPN works/connects using my data plan so I know the VPN is working so no issue wiht that on the laptop. If my mobile is connected to the SKY wifi ithe VPN won't work. So I assume there was some kind of update or something pushed on Thursday night to create this issue? Anyone have an idea what setting in the router that would need to be chnaged to allow my work VPN to work like it had before?

Have you checked that the Broadband Shield hasn't been reset to default? IIRC the default is PG13 and according to Sky help docs that doesn't allow VPNs.
