I have no internet and the Internet light on my sky hub is off

Recently, my sky broadband hub randomly stopped giving me internet and the internet light has turned off. I've tried rebooting the hub, disconnecting the cables for hours and plugging them back in after. When i check the sky settings on google chrome, it shows "DSL down" and "Broadband disconnected". @YAfelumo Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
