I have moved house and want to change my address but it wont recognise me as the primary account hol

I have logged on to my sky account to change my address and move my broadband but it states I am not the primary account holder but I am?

@Tammy20  You need to call sky directly to change your address

@Tammy20  And it should be noted if you intended moving broadband it will take a t least 10 working days from when you tell Sky for the move to be completed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You can't change your address online yourself and besides if it is saying you are not the primary account holder this might be because you are using the wrong login.
