I have had no WiFi with my sky for 4 days now yet getting no where trying to contact someone

My wifi went on Thursday evening came back on Friday the26th July for 30 minutes and nit worked since all other lights working except phone not working or WiFi

@Titchyann54 I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

@Titchyann54  I was asking if you had seen any of the escalation process in order to see if they can re-escalate this for you, but you need to work with us to undertstand if we need to ask you to use another browser.

My Broadband has been off since 08:30 on 26th July, each time I call sky im being fobbed off. Im being told daily that it will be fixed that day and clearly it is not. We were even told to get up at midnight to see if it then working as sometimes it switches on at 12:00am.

Into my 6th day now and still doesnt look like it will be back on @Titchyann54 I hope you are getting better customer service than what we have so far experienced.
