Hi I apparently have free McAfee from Sky - I did not see the email telling me this several months ago which included the code. How do I now install McAfee please without the said code??

I have called McAfee but they are unable to help. The Sky adviser today tried to help but couldnt

@DennieB As Sky no longer offer it then I'm afraid no code no Macafee..

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

While Sky Broadband certainly used to have a promotional relationship with McAfee, that ended several years ago, and new downloads of McAfee software from Sky (or additional discounted antivirus subscription through Sky) haven't been available for quite some time, although existing installations will continue to function. I'd suggest being very cautious of emails claiming that any such thing is currently available, particularly if they lead to a website requiring authentication or payment details.
