My internet has gone off since yesterday.

My internet has been off since yesterday. I've tried all the basics (reset router, turned off and on from the mains.) the internet green light is out. There's a red light on our openreach box. 

is their a failure in the L28 area?

@AFDSR  As customers here we won't know if there is a fault  in any particular areas, have you called Sky to report this?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@AFDSRCould you please run the broadband test it should allow you to as part of the process to try get your services up and running again. This should give you further information.
