I have bought an internet service, but not sure why sky indicated that I have bought a telephone and TV channel services? I just need internet service only.

Sky Broadband is bundled with Sky Talk (voice calls) and a 'phone line' (Openreach data bearer circuit) and I'm not aware of any option not to have those: if Sky Talk is the PAYG option it has no cost if not used.

Sky satellite (or streaming) television is however a different and additional service.
