Internet is not working.

I had broadband installed on Mon 30th May 22. It lasted 12 hours and now i cannot get onto the internet. Open Reach installed it. My address is [removed] i need my internet asap please  an you help. Thanks Garry Bradford

Have you ran the broadband check https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/connecting-to-my-broadband/trouble-connecting/no-connection-...

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
