I assume your issue has been escalated to Sky's order recovery team if it has there is nothing more Sky or any other isp can do unfortunately.
There are normally good reasons why your connection has not been completed which can be waiting to get authorisation to do necessary road works. The difficult thing is getting solid information from Openreach.
