Openreach issues

Hi everyone, I've recently moved and I am having issues with Openreach. Sky has contacted them but they have not received a response for at least 1 month. I'm waiting on Openreach and Sky to get my Internet connection and my new router. Has anyone had a similar issue and how was it fixed? Thanks 😊

@SazLondon this does happen quite frequently especially wherecthe new connection is going to be over fibre as opposed to copper. I assume your issue has been escalated to Sky's order recovery team if it has there is nothing more Sky or any other isp can do unfortunately.

 

There are normally good reasons why your connection has not been completed which can be waiting to get authorisation to do necessary road works. The difficult thing is getting solid information from Openreach.
