@Tome1983 You will need to explain a little more regarding your thought on bandwidth issues.
From the stat's you posted, the WAN link dropped between your router - ont or broadband back to sky.
With this type off error on the router from sky, you may see change of the led's on the front possible the openreach ont module that the router connects to may have led change any observations will help.
Type of router and if you observed any change, and when you have the issue, what or any action you have to do is also usefull.

@Tome1983 Your stats show that the broadband did not drop in the last 65 hours of operation.
Are the issues all to do with Wireless wifi connection, 1st recomendation will be to power router down
and observe more detail, Teams calls can be issue at anytime and more so if device is not connected via Ethernet, but this does not exclude your issue,.
Powering cycle, will help router to seek best wifi band, but we do not know what you are using.
And you may have already done this. Let us know, more detail helps as we are like you customers trying to help.

@Tome1983 Just removing the mains or power adapter to the router, there are a few versions with different variations of power supplied to the router.
And when you power cycle the router, any relevant info is gone forever, so we cannot get you to go back and look at anything that maybe helpfull.
