I have a engineer visit on 8th feb
I have a engineer visit on 8th of February for broadband, can it be early because I am working and would need Wi-Fi

Typically not, because that's usually a timeframe set by Openreach rather than from an ISP. Using broadband to work from home doesn't bring any priority in its provision or maintenance.
