I don't use my landline there's no phone connected to the connection box.

Do I need to pay for line rental also do I have to pay for sky talk anytime?

Line rental is included in the broadband subscription - calls, depending on the package you take are also included or charged for what you make. Pay as you talk (?) would be the option for you if your dont use a landline.
