I don't have internet

I made the check and light from internet and voice are in yellow colour.  But the check says is ok

My internet is down and just checked on your system and tells me it's good far from the truth so what going on

Same here, been down for about half an hour or so, yellow lights on router for internet and voice but all online checks come back as services ok.
