I don't have a connection

It's been 24 hours since I'm out of internet. You said someone would come fix it but I'm without internet and I won't pay for these days without internet until you fix it.

When you spoke to Sky what time frame did they give?

You are required to continue paying your bill during outages, Sky Broadband is not a 100% uptime service & outages are to be expected from time to time.

You should be entitled to compensation if the outage lasts a period of time.
