I do not have Internet. we are also renovating our house and need to move the cable
Good morning, we have been without Internet for 2 days. please can you send an engineer. we have also remodelled our entrance and need a new junction box into the house and the cable fitting. many thanks! adam

You'll need to log two different issues: a fault investigation/repair and then a master socket relocation/ ONT move. The latter is much lower priority to an ISP, and trying to combine them will only lead to confusion and likely delay.
