internet not connected. The modem exactly has a white light on and the Sky app says it's working fine, but we can't catch the Wi-Fi on our phone. On September 14, the first day of the modem's delivery, the Wi-Fi functioned normally, but the Wi-Fi didn't work from the next day. We waited because we thought it would work on September 18, the contract date, but the signal still doesn't work. When I turn on Wi-Fi on my phone, my sky broadband name doesn't come out.
