I cannot change my Broadband settings so my children are able and access to adult content

I cannot change my broadband settings so my children have access to Wi-Fi on their computer and phones 24 hours a day and have access to adult material. No matter how I try to change it, it just says save settings!! If this doesn't get resolved ASAP I will change Wi-Fi provider

@NikkiNoos  If you are the account holder and unable to change these settings have you tried a different browser or device to do this?
