We recently just got sky and the internet wasn't working so an engineer came out and said he fixed the prop pen but I still can't watch tv as it's so slow and my tv just buffers and won't play !

Find out more@Wild99 log into the My Sky app or website and run the connection test which should tell you what is wrong and may offer a second engineer's check. If still stuck then post your Sky hub's connection stats as explained here Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
If you do post if possible include the result from the network test in the Netflix app on your TV you will find it if you open the Apps Get Help menu.
