Find out more@alb1946 unless you have made some alterations to your Sky hub operates on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz but some cameras have primitive wifi chips and cannot connect to dual band SSID they and most modern routers offer by default. You will need to split the two bands and then connect your cameras to thec2.4GHz SSID. See Split Sky WiFi bands

The tracking camera us only connected to 2.4 ghz,won't connect if connected to 5 ghz
Iv already been to router settings and can see where the connections are split between devices
The camera are not cheap ao returned to amazon until I know which bandwidths than can be used
Getting good WiFi at the moment so don't want to upset other recommended settings
Most camera are made in China and not upto speed with UK settings on sky
So will look for one with a 5ghz connection

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou'd be unlikely to find a 5ghz WiFi security camera, the whole reason they are 2.4ghz is to ensure they have a long range. 5ghz WiFi does not travel well through walls.
